Everyone is welcome to add a light to the tree. |

Annual ChickenBBQThe annual chicken barbeque was a success. We had a cemetery tour, baked goods, lottery board and chickens. We sold out early. The date for next year is May 22nd.

Currently at Mt. Adnah
Work has been completed in the Cremation Garden. Benches have been added for your sitting pleasure. Also new stones, small trees and plants have been added to the center area and 4 stone walkways makes it easier to get to the center area.
Lot sales have been better this year. Lot sales make up a large part of the income needed to maintain the cemetery. Early planning is smart planning. |
HEY DID YOU KNOW?
Mt. Adnah Cemetery Association is required by the State to put 20% of all lot sales into a permanent perpetual care fund. All monies in this fund areinvested and insured by the Federal government as ordered by the Mt. Adnah Board.
The Mt. Adnah Association does not have access to this money. |
OVER-GROWN BUSHESOver-grown bushes are a big problem in the cemetery.
Many grave sites are not maintained and bushes grow too large and cover other grave headstones. After discussing the matter, the Cemetery Board ruled that Dave Smith, superintendent, would handle these matters as he deems necessary. |
THANK YOU!!!!!!WE ARE SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR CONTINUED, GENEROUS SUPPORT
YOU KEEP MT. ADNAH GOING! People of all faiths and beliefs are welcome to be buried in Mt. Adnah.
